Changes may occur..

-All text should be readable. No bright fonts will be allowed
-Name colors are allowed, but black his HIGHLY preferred.
-Font colors are allowed
-Alternative fonts, excluding Impact, may be used.
-Font size must be set at 11-12
-Bold and italics may be used in extreme moderation and for emphasis only.
-Smilies may not be enlarged
-Spam is prohibited
-Inappropriate chat topics are prohibited (Use your commonsense, no sexual orientation, suicide, racism, etc.)
-Racism is not tolerated
-Pornography is not tolerated
-Pictures and embeds may be done at the maximum rate of 2 per minute
-Backgrounds may be used but must not interfere with readability
-Cursing is not allowed
-Advertising is not allowed
-Users will be informed when they are banned.
-Ban length will be reported on the forum


If you are confronted by a situation that you think is unfair, or the moderator is incorrect it is best to comply to the rules that the moderator lays out, there may be special circumstances (i.e. an anon invasion).

Following the incident you should either contact a member of the user council, another moderator, or an administrator. Screen shots are always the best evidence.

I second what FMB said. It's good to finally have rules that aren't being contradicted all the time.

But when a moderator or user needs to refer someone to RULES, all they have to do is point at the link at the top of the chatbox, or copy/paste it into the box, and it will lead them here.

It is VERY nice to have a concrete set of guidelines now.

Yeah, these are old. Kuri posted in it...

The new rule set is being worked on, but fmb wants to wait for a few reasons.
